1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of 355red.al and any orders placed with 355 Red.
2. Orders & Pricing
Prices are shown in ALL and may change without notice before purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email/WhatsApp and dispatch the items.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers. Currently payment is done only when receiving the product. (Payment On Delivery)
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk passes on delivery. Please check your address details carefully. Usually we ship products within 24 or 48 hours.
5. Returns & Refunds
You can request a return within 1 day of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging, unless excluded by law. Contact xhinoveshi09@gmail.com.
6. Warranty
Manufacturers’ warranties apply where available. This does not affect statutory rights.
7. Use of WhatsApp
By messaging us on WhatsApp you consent to receiving transactional updates and our replies. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless required by law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the site is owned by or licensed to 355 Red and protected by applicable laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Courts of Tirana have jurisdiction.

Këto Kushte rregullojnë përdorimin e 355red.al dhe çdo porosi të bërë te 355 Red.
2. Porositë & Çmimet
Çmimet shfaqen në LEK dhe mund të ndryshojnë para blerjes. Porosia pranohet kur e konfirmojmë me email/WhatsApp dhe dërgojmë artikujt.
3. Pagesat
Pagesat përpunohen në mënyrë të sigurt nga ofruesi ynë i pagesave. Ne nuk ruajmë numrat e kartave. Aktualisht pagesat bëhen në dorëzim, pasi merret produkti juaj.
4. Dërgesat
Kohët e përafërta të dorëzimit shfaqen në arkë. Rreziku kalon në momentin e dorëzimit. Ju lutemi kontrolloni me kujdes adresën tuaj.
5. Kthimet & Rimbursimet
Mund të kërkoni kthim brenda 1 dite nga dorëzimi nëse artikujt janë të papërdorur dhe në paketimin origjinal, përveç rasteve të përjashtuara me ligj. Kontakt: xhinoveshi09@gmail.com.
6. Garancia
Zbatohen garancitë e prodhuesit kur janë të disponueshme. Kjo nuk prek të drejtat ligjore.
7. Përdorimi i WhatsApp
Duke na shkruar në WhatsApp, pranoni marrjen e përditësimeve transaksionale dhe përgjigjeve tona. Mund të çabonoheni nga marketingu në çdo kohë.
8. Përgjegjësia
Nuk mbajmë përgjegjësi për humbje të tërthorta/rrjedhojë, përveç kur kërkohet me ligj. Asgjë nuk përjashton përgjegjësinë për mashtrim ose dëmtim personal nga pakujdesia.
9. Pronësia Intelektuale
I gjithë përmbajtja në faqe është pronë ose e licencuar nga 355 Red dhe mbrohet nga ligjet përkatëse.
10. Ligji në fuqi
Këto Kushte rregullohen nga ligjet e Shqipërisë. Gjykatat e Tiranës ka juridiksion.
